Italy. Post-pandemic era. Deads don't die. The job of Camillo Falcone, a police officer from Mortuary Force, is to deliver the second (and final) death to corpses who dangerously walk around the city without control. During one of these operations, he accidentally kills a man who was still alive. Struck by trauma, Falcone begins an investigation into the system the "new world" must cope with: a sick and rotten pandemic establishment. This story is a brutal and personal fight: for himself, for his beloved and for the denied and vilified memory of dead people.
