Fernando, Carlo, Daniela, Enrico, Giulio and Franca do not know each other and could not be more different. But they have one thing in common: all six have been called for an interview with a prestigious and very secretive multinational company. Locked in the same room, they soon discover that the group interview will follow an unusual method: anyone who leaves the room is immediately eliminated. Only those who remain until the end and pass all the tests will get the job. Thus begins a series of surreal tests, growing tensions and precarious alliances. Only Fernando, the most arrogant and determined, remains. But there is one last test, the most difficult one: the test with himself.
